Hello,

We have atleast one brokerage in town that requires us/our buyers to complete an additional 3 page E&O insurance company generated disclosure form when submitting purchase offers. I avoid doing business with them for this reason.

Does anyone else have any brokerages that requires additional, non-state promulgated, disclosure forms? (Obviously insurance company CYA forms.) (Aside from banks, REO and foreclosures)
