New Real Estate Search Engine - Roost (BETA)
I just came across this new site: http://www.roost.com/
It's in beta and currently just covers a few areas, but I found myself spending over an hour just looking through homes in my area. The searching experience is pretty sweet. A lot of cool AJAX features going on... From what I gather, they provide IDX solutions to agents/brokers and then form a relationship with them to use all the listings in their own search engine... I think... Thoughts?
