So do most of you submit your blogs to the social networking sites or articles that you write or both?

Thats pretty cool, then you don't have to log on and submit your blog to each site? Thats a great idea, how do you do that?

I'd try to avoid submitting every single article to social networking sites - at least the big ones, like Digg and Reddit. Those communities respond well only to highly targeted content, and the general real estate article won't connect. I've found that it's best to write articles specifically targeting those readers and only submitting that to those sites.

As DANSPS said...
Each social networking site has its own culture and what it wants. It is not appropriate (for example) to do a self promotional post and send it to Digg. It will get you nowhere IMO. IMO they (sites like Digg and reddit) are pretty darn sensitive to that stuff....at one point when the Blogs were just starting up here at REW, they put the submit to digg buttons on and got banned from Digg...as they were getting bombarded with a "few" self promo posts and that really was not what they wanted. All was sorted out quickly by Webmaster and he posted a thread about it. I think a search under " Digg banned " or etc would find it. Taking a post or article popular on Digg can be a server melting experience (lots of traffic)...(I've seen it happen real time) but it is often not home buyers...grin. I personally would not submit to those unless you had some highly targeted material and real purpose for it. Best Eric

i guess there's nothing wrong if you submit your 2 week old article in social network sites as long as it's already indexed by Google. So no need to worry about duplicity
