A huge thank you to everyone I met at the summit. The classes were a great refresher but the chats in the hallways, bars, restaurants, on the ferry and in the airport were where I picked up the best information. I look forward to putting all of the new techniques into practice over the next few weeks.

Judy - did you make your flight? I know you were cutting it pretty close. I had my second run-in with U.S. customs for the day. Once on the Ferry and then again at the airport I guess that's the thanks I get for doing 10 years in the military and spending time in Iraq...

After close to 26 hours of travel I returned home at 1:30pm Friday afternoon and after kissing the wife and baby went straight to bed.

Eric - Thanks for the local site idea, I'm purchasing a few domain names tonight and will be doing the famous 5 minute WP install as soon as the domain names are registered and active.

Dave joined us on the ride to Seattle and we found another Keg in Bellingham, WA and guess what Debi and I had. If you guessed Blue Cheese Filet you are right. Dang those are good.

We just got home and I'm beat, we hung around Seattle quite a while today and I'll be posting pictures and more on the trip later.

This conference was a tremendous success. Not only were the classes valuable, but the networking and friendships that were created are priceless. I'm too tired right now to list all the great new friends I have, but you know who you are. There isn't a single person that I talked with that I didn't thoroughly enjoy meeting and getting to know.

You know what a success it is when everyone is so bummed to have it end. I think most of us fell in love with Nanaimo too.
