I also have an interest in Hub pages and Squidoo as well but am not sure what type of pages work on those sites. If someone can give me some examples I would be very much greatful.
Been tearing up FaceBook lately....

I got a lead off of Facebook the other day. It was an old friend from high school who is moving back from another part of the country and they wanted to view some properties. Every little bit helps!

Hey, my first completely unsolicited lead from Facebook! I never expect much from facebook but when it comes, I'll take it.

Nothing yet, but I "facebook" the blogs i'm proud of. This way they'll be reminded that I'm an agent.

Well Facebook is really about targeting. If you go into certain groups, lets say something related to homes or looking to buy homes (you'll have to do a little research on this on your own), then you can add all the people in that group as your friend and then you will now have more targeted friends who are more in line with needing your services.

Find groups with people who have an interest in what you offer and hang out in those places!

That's a really good idea. I never thought about doing it like that. I don't go much into groups. There seems to be so much to do and so LITTLE time!

I just added a home for sale and some condo rentals into the facebook marketplace. This looks very promising.

The number of leads from Facebook seems to have increased dramatically over the past year. I find it to be far more effective than a business networking site like LinkedIn. I guess home buying appeals more to people's social personality than to their business side.

I got a lead of the fb marketplace within 24 hours of the first posting. Definitely got my attention.

I think that each social network has its own uses. I was trying to figure out what to do with linked in the other day.. but got bored. Im having more fun with twitter.
