Hiring an assistant for lead follow-up?
I wanted to get some opinions on hiring an assistant to do phone follow-up calls to website leads. Honestly, I just don't have the disclipine to keep up with it and I've tried doing it myself in the past and wasn't calling consistently enough...I'm sure this has to do with it also being my least favorite task to perform.
 I noticed that there are many virtual assistants out there who specialize in lead follow-up...but I want to see what fellow Realtors think of this idea. Also, must they be licensed to perform this task?? Any information/suggestions would be appreciated...
