I am developing an asp.net web application for a real estate agency. Today was my first day of recieving data from the Data Push. I was expecting some *.sql files and some photos ...but instead i recieved some *.dic files with coordinating *.txt files. For example....

I have no idea about this type of file format of dic or how to go about loading these into mySQL. A *.sql file I can work with. It looks as though the .txt file doesnt have a whole lot of comma dilimmeters and the commas that are there are just sprinkled around the file. HELP!!!!
