Hello all.
Later this year I plan to begin my real estate career in Florida. For budget reasons my wife and I have been driving used cars for years and years. Her car is old, but good. Mine is reliable but not suitable for driving around clients. I can't afford to buy a new car and probably would not even if I could. So what to do? My thoughts: 1. It will probably be a few months, at least, before I get any clients, so I'll have some time to think about this. 2. When I do start to get clients, I won't have all that many at once. 3. With relatively few clients to serve initially I could probably get by with renting a car for a day or two when I needed one. Any opinions on this? Surely there must be somebody out there whose main car is a beater but they still find ways to get the job done. Anybody? Thanks, Cigar |
