For new Blog material I think of questions that my clients ask me and then the next time I blog, I will blog about the answer. I am sure there are some other buyers or sellers wondering the same thing.

I second the advice about writing about communities/neighborhoods. Not only is it a good source of content, but high quality prospects search for those types of terms, and a post about "NEIGHBORHOOD CITY real estate" is almost guaranteed to rank well on the search engines.

Now thats what I call a good tip. A lot of us always forget when coming up with new blog material is whether the topic or subject are actually being sought after online. In other words do a keyword research before gathering what to write the next time if you wish to see your blog rewarded with highly convertable leads.
