I agree with everyone about the color scheme, that is nice one. I didn't find any bugs. I liked your mortgage calculator and it is always nice to have some testimonials on your site.

Colors are nice, I get a 404 error on oakland-condos -> Broadway Grand and City Walk links.

Suggestion:

Doesn't this LEC use call outs? If it does, I would use them for your custom snippets: (Example on same page as above) Search Oakland condos by price.

That would keep the site more uniform.

Another suggestion I would make is on the about page, remove the "business" card as it is blurry to read. Post your pic if you want but you already have your info at the bottom.

The colors are nice and do look good on the site. I would also recommend the auto complete feature as it would make your site just that much better. I would also agree with Jessie on removing the "business card"

I really like the blues, very soothing colors. It definitely changes the look to have the featured listings below the body text on the homepage.

I'd suggest that if you are going to keep the layout that way then you should increase the font size of the "Oakland Real Estate" heading at the top of the body text.

Yeah, honestly I would not keep it like that anyways - your featured listings snippet would look way better above the text vs below it.
