REW of course. I use their DRIP program for my DFW Real Estate brokerage firm. It works great and is included in my service.

I use constant contact. However, constant contact is not really a Drip email program. It is more like a newsletter program. For drip I would recommend http://www.real-estate-drip-email-campaigns.com I don't use it, but I did some research on it a while back and it seems to offer lots of great features.

www.topproducer.com has a great drip campaign program along with other bells and whistles.

The problem with some of these programs is that e mails from a domain you supply. If you do this you will get blacklisted from all the major ISPs. I recommend a bulk e mail company like constant contact, they have good relationships with the ISPs so your e mails get into the inbox and not spambox.
