I just did a Bing search for my company name St Lawrence Properties and Bing is not ranking me.

yet its finding my listingbook account

Yet if I Google it, I am Number 1, 8, 9 and 10.

I have tried Bing a few times for other stuff and I am not liking it at all. I usually switch back to Google.

Didn't you recently change your domain name? I've found that Google will index a site within a couple of days while Bing usually takes 6 weeks.

yes I did just change the domain name. So Bing is slow on the draw. Another reason I'll stick with Google.

Bing and google has difference, you suppose to submit the sitemap in bing webmaster tools. Actually the criteria of Bing is URL, then Description and main thing is Content.

I have done pretty well so far on Bing, but I had to submit my site using the webmaster tools. That seemed to speed things up.

most investor companies that make claims like this are saying that they are using private lenders or have actual cash, which means... 1) The possibility of having little to no time till closing 2) Much less risk of the deal not going through because of financing (No financing contingency clause)

well yeah without using webmaster tools, submission will not be fast, cause it will depend on the bot when and where to visit the website, but by webmaster tools you can submit the sitemap, can ping the bot to visit your website.
