Largest producers in your market
What type of business models do the largest producers in your market have?
Do they work the luxury segment, internet Realtors, REO's, listing agents, buyers agents etc? In Sarasota, the REO agents will probably do the most business for the next few years. However, the luxury agents who focus mostly on listings consistently produce the most.
