I agree with Dan. If you take the listing you have the responsibility to do the best for your client much like a lawyer. If you can't do that - you don't need to take the listing. You represent your seller! Wayne

I was saying that if you take the listing - then you represent the seller and you have to do the best for him. I don't think I would take the listing because I would have a hard time keeping my mouth shut. Probably the only way I would take the listing is if the seller was willing to disclose that the pedofile lives next door. I don't know if this clears up what I said or not. Wayne

This seller would have never let an agent tell a buyer.
I agree that the seller's best interest comes first. I did not feel like it could in this case if I listed the house. Sorry about the misunderstanding. I guess we are both on the same page.
