Do you have any help or assistance for someone in the Dallas area? I have been in the business for a good while, but have just started looking into REO's and listing from banks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking in your Municipality's web site for their Lis Pendens section. You will have more success dealing with the home owner than the bank. Once you find out who is going into foreclosure contact them immediately and try and sell the house before it is foreclosed on. Try and find a buyer that will rent the house back to the people that currently own it with the option to buy it back. Investors will like the fact that the house comes with a renter and contract to sell the house back in a predetermined amount of years. Most buyers will jump at this chance as they will get a cheap rental property already rented with a structered sales agreement all in one transaction.
