Try REOticker.com I'm signed up with most of them but this one has the best platform.

haha ya I saw that but that is just a mission statement full of buzz words that don't mean anything...is it something you sign up for, pay for, free, get listings, subcontract listing tasks...
I just don't understand

Not sure all of the things reoticker.com does but I use their reo management software to keep me organized. I also got a few listings from them last week.

I have had really good success soliciting the Asset Managers directly with the info from REO Intelligence. They sell a database of the direct contact info (email and phone) to the REO Asset Managers at like 45 companies. This totally beats registering on directories and hoping they find you.

The whole database is like 2k. They give you like a thousand total contacts separated by company and job title in an excel document. All companies have asset managers and some have VPs, REO Managers, Vendor Managers, Pre marketers, etc as well.
You can also buy individual company contact lists if you are only intersted in a couple companies. I started out with 3 companies to test them out and then upgraded to get all the contacts. Very few invalid emails. I would say its definately worth it. I'm not affiliated with them so I am not pushing it on anyone. Just my opinion. I have gotten several listings from the info so far, which will more than pay for the investment. Plus I canceled my monthly fees on a few directories that were getting me no business. Why wait for the AMs to find you among all the other agents in your area when you can contact them directly. |

I am a Realtor in Fairfield, California near the San Francisco Bay Area. I currently due BPO's but my goal is to list REO's like everyone else..(lol) I am currently helping out with all of the day to day dealings with REO's so I have the experience. So if anybody outside of my area can help me get connected with a few AM's I am willing to give up a referral fee on every listing for a period of time.
I hope this posting is not breaking any rules... I'm new to all of this |
