I work for a company that buys at the foreclosure auctions in LA, after 10 years of doing it we turned over 40m in properties last year. this year its a very tough market but still going strong. I do my part for them from France and am just starting to investigate the auctions here. The laws haven't changed since Luois XIV but people are making money at it.
