Yeah I would never ignore Yahoo and MSN because you will generate some decent traffic from both of them, but Google should be your main focus and definitely your first priority before you shift to Yahoo. But as Ryan said, a lot of times Yahoo will rank your Website well too if it's ranked well in Google.
