The simplest way is assuming that you have only taken photos...and you run a windows based machine, you have a program on your machine called movie maker. Start that up, drag and drop your photos, setup your transitions, and create a movie file (.wmv I believe). At that point you have a file that youtube can use, just upload it to your account and your done.

Movie maker is pretty easy and after playing with it for 30 minutes, you should have figured out 90% of it
