Re: SAR MLS Board gone to far
Apparently, the jury of his peers (ethics committee) cleared him of any ethics impropriety. So, why the decision to continue the fight?
Do boards not listen to their members? (SAR in particular) If the ethic committee cleared him, then why did Board staff make the decision to hire the attorney and continue the pursuit via ICANN even after being, apparently, cleared on any ethics violations. Were there any complaints of bad faith use of the domain name?
Is there any underlying agenda here? (Will the elimination of any competing URL's eventually benefit any particular party?)
Does this loss establish a precedence to be used against others?
