I have been blogging since 2007. I have a very successful investment property blog that ranks #1 for many keywords. It was very easy for me to post on this site several times a week as I own investment properties and I work exclusively with investment property buyers.

I am looking to grow and diversify my real estate business. I decided recently to take my web/blog experience and branch out to start a couple other owner occupant/city targeted sites. Surprisingly, even though I live in the neighboring city, I have to admit that I am really struggling to come up with any interesting/relevant/meaningful content.

My question is: For those of you that have branched out past your primary city and have started a new blog, do you have any tips for where/how to find content?
