This may not directly answer your question but there is a ton of PLR (private label content) out there. With PLR you can use the content as you see fit and edit it however you wish before putting your name on it.
It is most effective when you find a good source and you edit it somewhat for your own personality or area where you are marketing.
Another option is ghostwriters - they can be found inexpensively. I managed to secure the services of a ghostwriter who is also an agent so the material is good.
