Private label rights or plr content is a great resource. It has the capability of saving huge amounts of time and cost much less than hiring a ghostwriter. It remedies a writer's block and is a warehouse of structured ideas of what to write for your blog topics and articles submissions.
However there are also tons of low quality plr content, and as far as real estate is concern, its pretty scarce in terms of volume. Make sure what you are getting is not a rehash of the earlier versions you've bought. If you are able to spend $10-$20 per original seed article written by ghostwriters go for it by all means.
