Belgrade, I wish there were an easy answer for this, but if there was, we'd all be rich and fishing five days a week (looking at you, Pannell). Anyhow, if I were to go down this road, I would go to my recorder's office, and figuring out who owns large parcels of land and bought within the past few years. The state of Arizona makes this easy to do. I would then proceed to cold call or visit these landowners. Besides this legwork, you could also work with large commercial companies in your area.
