@Del Mar Home Pro - The Y! Directory listing has been debated a number of times in regards to it helping your G! rankings.
I have noticed that my efforts in trying to rank well for G! has naturally helped my rank well in Y!. I am on page 1 for a lot of my KWs in Y! and still trying to get there in G!.
