Yeah, take advantage of Charrisa's refund policy. There are too many successful real estate investors all over the world that can use you to convert their deals and show you how in the process. I know someone who is big on mentoring and doing the boot camps and he is honest when he tells me that about 10% of his students actually make something of the resources he has given them.
Negotiating your first deal all the way through is a milestone for a reason, it teaches you more about real estate than any online course or video series can ever get close. Getting involved with these video seminars can be a huge pitfall because they can make you very one dimensional and can cloud your ability to think out of the box. Even working part time as a Realtor assistant can teach you more than most learning packs out there.
