It seems backwards to me too which is why for the past year we did it the other way. However, after testing it for over a year that way with no difference in results between Agents using her and not using her it was time to make some changes.
Ideally the Agents will make the follow up calls...however, the reality is that most won't. By having my LCA do the follow up calls at least I know that portion is being done.
Eventually I might hire someone to make the first calls too and just pay my Agents a 40% split instead of a 50% split...that's my thought process but I haven't sold myself on this yet.
