Thx, for advice, but I am seeking foreign investors. I am seeking best way to introduce foreign investors with business possibilities in Serbia. Huge majority of investors are from Western Europe and USA, and they are serious in investors willing to do work, I am expecting that kind of customers, but it's damn hard to invest these days, so I am exploring ways how to attract investors when world economy stabilizes. Here is a lot of land, it's not cheap, but it has really big potential, and could reach high prices in future. I am not just targeting real estate investors, but all people willing to invest their money in emerging market, and develop some kind of business or enterprise. And like I've said, I joined this forum to meet and discuss with people in real estate so I could make some contacts, and hopefully find a customer. I am open to all business proposals.
