I know this is a longshot but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience this developer either buying, selling, or just dealing with them in general.

I'm looking to maybe purchase a new home from them in Lewes, Delaware at the Villages of Five Points -- http://www.gemcrafthomes.com/communities/5poi-sf/over.htm

I've been doing some research and found some pretty negative things about Gemcraft at an opinion website (looks like posts from one person though) and also a few complaints about them at the local better business bureau which were settled

My wife and I really like the community so far. It has so many ammenities that we are looking for tennis, community center, pool, and close distance to the beach. We are new to buying new construction. I'm hoping anyone here could chime in with experiences at this community and/or builder.

I'm interested in any thoughts about this builder or any words of wisdom when it comes to dealing with developers and new construction.
