This is post#500 so I just wanted to put my updated recommendation letter of Morgan and Real Estate Webmasters in this post as truly a senior citizen of REW now
. I also wanted to introduce Real Estate Webmasters to all the new people here. Hey Morgan (or other REW employees remind him) to please replace my old testimonial with the below section (minus the P.S.) in the REW website.
Falcon Living’s Chicago Real Estate adventure with Morgan started around the same time he put his focus to REW brand rather than the SEO-Guy brand early May 2005. At the time we were a two men show brokerage with minimal presence in Chicago (me and my brother). Morgan's RealEstateWebmasters.com website (not forum) was also at its infancy. I had heard of him through Jake Marsh talking in a seminar speech boasting about his services where a good friend of also attended. June 1, 2005 was the official start of the SEO campaign. Our small company met the first pleasant fruit of the campaign a month later with being the only brokerage interview with NBC 5 in Chicago for Fordham Spire (proposed highest building of the USA) through an MSN search for Streeterville Real Estate which also aired in the national NBC Today show.
It is September 2006 now. Falcon Living and Real Estate Webmasters have grown exponentially. Falcon Living has risen from 2 agents to 25 agents strong with a very popular website and REW forum has 6000 members with clients rushing through the door in a waiting line. I study multiple martial arts and grew up with the lesson on respecting your masters. I declare Morgan to be my master for SEO. We have been true friends to each other through the good and the bad.
Currently, Falcon Living and especially myself has advanced to a level of strategic partnership with Morgan and Real Estate Webmasters rather than a mere client relationship. Chicago Real Estate SEO market has the toughest competition (probably with the exception of NY.). Such intense competition has forced us to grow our operations to an in-house operation with in house programmers and content writers to completely annihilate the Chicago market with the newest SEO strategies. We are currently in the process of implementing a brand new IDX search system and design based on Morgan’s IDX system to assist our SEO strategy to dominate not only Chicago but all local neighborhoods and suburbs. We have moved to our own independent servers to control, track and meet the future traffic onslaught gracefully.
The above could not possibly happen without Morgan’s infinite patience as a friend and by being one of the best tutors I have met. If you truly want to be the king of the hill in your part of the world, you need to take on Morgan’s not only basic services but also his tutelage and consulting. Falcon Living is truly becoming the unstoppable king of the hill for Chicago thanks to his teachings. I do not believe there can be a bigger tribute from me to Morgan than the Falcon Living’s website’s present and future results.
