It's interesting that you ask that question of us now.

We've recently hired a new coach in our program to round out our coaching and training series.

Burke Smith has recently signed on to work with agents looking to specifically target the online market. Burke started his work with Real Estate by developing a website and marketing campaign that helped a smaller discount broker in California generate over 1200 closed transactions in a 1 year period.

He then was hired by Prudential California Realty to develop their Iris system. Iris is an online lead generation and lead follow up system. Prudential has praised the system for it's ease of use and simple format that helps their agents develop and sustain their web presence.

Burke has agreed to coach a small amount of agents in targeting their online campaigns. Topics that he'll be covering with this group range from search engine optimization to online and offline marketing campaigns. Also because of his experience with discount brokers, in his program you'll learn how to beat the discounters at their own game, and use his inside information to overcome those types of objections.

We are currently developing more programs for online marketing and hope to have 2 new programs to introduce by the first of the year.
