Default loan help

I was pre-approved for a loan found a house made an off that was accepted
and three weeks into escrow the lender tells me they cant make a loan for 15-k as they wouldn't make any money.
House was listed for 32.5

Anyone out there know of a lender that will lend 15-k ?

Well that sucks.
Depending on what kind of house it is, most local federal credit unions can take care of it.
Funny how it took them three weeks to realize they cant close it due to the loan amount. I think there is more to it.

Good luck with getting the loan!

Well that was most likely a mortgage company.

If you really want it done go to a bank they accept any loan amount. Try wells fargo or washington mutual. Those 2 are offering the best rates right now.

Try to get a personal loan.
Go to the bank that holds your accts. They should be willing to do something for you.
It depends on your credit and so on.
