I have seen more than a few REW featured listings on my computer screen - for those of you purchasing the REW featured listings ($120 USD per year per city) here are a few examples of great submissions:

• Jennifer Smith: Panama City Florida
• The Dynamic Duo: Puyallup Washington
• Julie Olsen: Park City Utah

Here is the trick to making the most out of your REW featured listing. Treat it like any other type of paid for advertising - imagine you just spent a fair chunk of change on a full page ad in the newspaper or other print media - you have invested a good amount of money on this feature so make the most of it.

Write content that:

• IS UNIQUE! - Your submission must be unique in order to be approved by REW directory staff - we want the best placement possible in search engines for your page and part of good search engine placement is unique content.
• Speaks to your customer and entices them to visit your website
• Makes good use of contextual linking to send search engine spiders and visitors to your important pages such as MLS listings, contact and home seller information
• Has calls to action such as "Call me for assistance" followed by your phone number.

There are many reasons why realtors purchase featured ads:

1. Contextually relevant CLEAN 1 way links to their websites
2. Access to REW Directories high search engine placement
3. Exposure to relocation traffic
4. Referral opportunities with other REW members
