Does anyone have an examples of good prospecting scripts? Or any websites that will provide some scripts - without having to purchase the book?

The download is free, but you do have to register. I downloaded the scripts to see what they're about, and while you probably can't use them all verbatim, they can give you some good ideas.

Both of the above pieces of advice are VERY good. I have lurked on Jeff's forum for a while and his advice is solid. Make SURE to visit him there. You won't be disappointed.(And for the record once again --GRIN--we are NOT related at least as far as I know...)

We have a couple of agents in our office that use the Mike Ferry scripts to great effect. If you are going to use scripts, those are some of the better ones.

Brian Buffini also has some good material, but it is not as scripted as Mr. Ferry's stuff is. KSA is right about the fact that you'll need to adapt it a bit to sound like "you", but it does work in our office for the agents who use it and apply it. That seems to be the key.

Well i have now some of the mike ferry scripts. I was looking at least for a good strating point.

But I figure I am starting out with my COI lists and wan tto make sure I have good opening start with people - most of my coi's haven't heard from me in a while!!!
