You'll notice it only matches my website to some degree. How much to customize the blog to match my website better such as the banner/rotating photos/colors? How much to modify it so the menu buttons would be placed horizontally at the top in addition on the side of ALL pages/posts in the blog?

I appreciate your feedback...not an emergency but I'm aching to take this to the next level in the near future.
