Quick question - Can anyone recommend a full service marketing company? Hobbs/Herder is a no-brainer, but I think their price is too steep for what you get. There has to be others out there that provide the whole package like them, but there's nothing to compare, and I only know of large firms...which are way out of my price range. Recommendations would be great!

I just teamed up, and we need a total overhaul from Branding, Logos, Website conversion..etc. In otherwords everything is needed. I want something outside of the box. It seems that Real Estate agents all have the same look and feel. I don't want the postcards, and the pointless personal brochure (what do you do with those anyways), but I do still believe in Direct Mail and a seemless look over all mediums.

So I'm looking for something innovative, but professional and eye-catching at the same time. I think that's why Hobbs/Herder doesn't appeal to me. They sent me their marketing package and I like some things, but when comparing the materials, it's obvious they did each campaign. Again, the same thing, and some looked a little cheesy. Don't get me wrong, they do a nice job, but there has to be some other companies out there that work with the Real Estate market.

We just went through the same process. My partners used Hobbs Herder in the past We worked with Michael and Erica Dennis of DImage Design for our Logo, Letterhead, Business Cards, Brochure, Presentation Flyers, and other design services. We were thrilled!! Erica has her Florida real estate license and a great understanding of the business. She does not work as a Realtor - her marketing business keeps her going full time. They have also done the work for several new construction developments here in South Florida. The interesting thing is that we just closed on the sale of their house last week and they are moving back to the Dallas area!!!
