My idx made first page
wow! my idx made it to the first page for fort lauderdale mls (under my home page!)
 Hopefully it will last awhile! Is there a way to change the description tag? Do I have access to this? john

Why do you want to change the title if you are on the first page? If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Sweet! I would be happy to change it for you - no charge! (Something that has to be done programmatically, can't edit from the CMS)
Please post the description (And title if you wish) that you would like your MLS changed to and I'd be happy to do it for you How is the new IDX working out for you btw?

I am thinking something on the lines of: Title: Fort Lauderdale MLS Search - Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Desc: Fort Lauderdale MLS acces to Fort Lauderdale homes and condos for sale with photos and detailed information. I am open to any suggestions john

Congrats! How about this: Title: Fort Lauderdale MLS Search - Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Desc: Complete Fort Lauderdale MLS acces to Fort Lauderdale homes and condos for sale. Up to __ photo's(enter the max number of photo's your mls allows), virtual tours, and detailed discriptions of each property! No need to go anywhere else.
