Internet leads - What is the price point?
I am interested to know from some of the agents who have high ranking websites what the price point of these leads are and their frequency. I understand that pricing is local, but, it seems that there should be some trends. First time buyers, relo's, high end... What can an agent with a great website reasonably expect?
