Default how would you set this page up?

Im doing a page or pages based on real estate terminology. just a long list of vocabulary terms and their definitions. how would you set this up. I think of two different ways.

1.) 1 letter group per page (ex. letter A is on its own page, B is on another ect...)
2.) a long listing of terminology on 1 page

Howdy.

If you're coming at this question from an SEO standpoint (which I assume), you might be better off to create a unique page for each term ... but only if you have sufficient content to do so.

If you make a reader jump back and forth between multiple pages only to find a paragraph on each term, you'll frustrate your readers.

If you think you'll be defining each term in a couple of sentences, I'd put it all on one page with relative links to phrase. If you're going to elaborate on each term, then you can get away with a page for each one.

Just be sure to put your readers first and the search engines second.

Good luck.

Based on that, I'd go with the multiple pages

I set my real estate terminology pages up in alphabetical order, with A being on one page, B on another and so on. I found that it made it easier for people to look up the terms they were looking for. Make sure that you have links to each letter on every page so that people can go from one to another page without having to go back to the main page.

As I would guess this is all duplicate content I would say it will not make any difference for SEO. Do what is best for the visitor, pages broke up by letter.
