Digital Point's solution is great. It is a little kludgey but it is very good at tracking long-term performance.

If all you want is a quick simple check checkyourlinkpopularity dot com
has a very cool free download. I use it to keep tabs on my local market. uptimebot dot com will also give you quick stats without any download. Just type in your url and hit submit.
