Myfax. Used eFax before.
Portege M400 Tablet PC. Was going to adopt VREO, but decided to use my myfax account for incoming faxes, xdrive for online storage (5gb for free now, wow!), and print to windows journal for writing on contracts. 2GB Thumbdrive. Office scanner when I need it. Good to go. ![]()

I use Zipforms for contracts, and scan them to PDF files and email to the other agents or clients.
My own receipts, client files, etc.. are all either organized as scanned documents or Excel spreadsheets. I try to avoid using paper as much as possible. All my files are backed up onto a 1Gig USB drive. |

Try Packetel.com Unlimited incoming faxes for 3.95 a month and they give you a local number. Works like a charm, no busy signals and all faxes come to your email as a pdf. Pretty sweet deal.
