I am in the proess of incorporating Google Maps onto my site and am struggling to incorporate the listings from the MLS. Its there a step by step process for doing this.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Florida? You mean the FAR?

I have a couple of questions

First - what "board" do you service or more importantly what area do you work in (City not state) the FAR has a lot of consolidated feeds, I need to know what specific area feed you are dealing with

Second - are you dealing with a RAW datafeed?

Third - are you an agent / broker

Fourth - what is your website?

In terms of "is this possible" yes it is, we have google mapped the IDX / MLS data for almost the entire state of florida for multiple clients in florida. Example http://www.thesarasotamls.com/gmap.php

Thanks for the response..I am located in Tampa, and am a realtor. I have someone who is developing the site and having trouble getting access to the MLS data. I have the lisint info and login for the Mid Florida Regional MLS database but dont seem to know how to get access to the feed.

http://www.tampahomes24-7.com/idx/map/ click "update map" is that what you are trying to accomplish? Or are you saying you haven't even been able to download the data yet?

We create a simple chron script in php to download the data into a mysql database each night, when I say "simple" I mean simple for a programmer - is your designer not a programmer? If not then they might have some problems with this - we would be happy to assist you if you need some third party support to set up the data into your database as long as you are on a linux / php server.
