I create a few web pages for every new listing I get. When these sell is it better to leave them on the webserver or just delete them? As of now they go into my "sold" folder and the links to them still work.

I don't know if the search engines count the number of pages on a web site and if it would be good, bad or make no difference to get rid of old html

Not only does any listing add content to your site, but sold listings also show prospects that you have successfully sold many of your listings. If you deleted the sold listings you'd be taking content away from your site.
