Does the CMS have the ability to upload PDF files to the server? If so, how do I go about doing that?

Josh,
The current version of the CMS does not have a tested way to display a PDF. Sorry. |
|

|
Do you know of any other - creative - ways I can make that happen?
And will the next version of the CMS have this feature?

E-mail the PDF's to me at thomas@realestatewebmasters.com and I will upload them for you.

Awesome - I will most likely wait for a response on my message in the WORK ORDERS section on your ability to create a secure access page and "HACK" the CMS to allow me to upload PDFs before I send anything your way.

This would be extremely useful as a service to our clients.

I would be interested as well as it would be useful to upload floor plans on condos.

Hi Guys,
I've set up each person who's posted in this thread with the ability to upload PDF's using the "Image Toolbox" in our CMS. ( Max size is 2 Megs ) You can upload the PDF - but you cannot use the toolbox to insert the link to the pdf just yet. So ... say you upload a pdf document ... I would recommend changing the filename to make sure it does not have any spaces or strange characters before you upload. Then you can link to the pdf like so, PDF FILE ( all the images and pdfs are uploaded to the "/images/" folder) Easy Enough eh? Let me know if it give you any troubles. Happy Holidays! |
