Time of year and traffic
In July and August I was getting abour 950 unique visitors per week. I got 35 idx registrations per week and about 10 calls or emails asking for help each month. Fast forward to October... 500 unique visitors per week, 25 idx registrations and 5 calls or emails per month. This has been a result of floating between 7 and 8 on the first page of Google for Austin real estate among other terms. Before June I wasn't showing up better than page 10 so I have no other history to go on. Is this about right from what you have seen regarding traffic and should I expect a much larger drop November-January?

In Minnesota it is very cyclical. From Nov - Jan it is pretty dead, then picks up.
