Web Page Chat Window to SMS Gateway = Instant Contact?

Posted last week in Coding and got no responses... hoping for feedback here...

I'm thinking about allowing prospects to live chat with me from my web site but since I'm not at my desk all the time, I was thinking about a text messenger to SMS gateway.

I'm thinking that I could use AIM Remote http://www.aim.com/remote/index.adp with Mobile AIM http://mobile1.aol.com/mobileaim?nc...D00180000000001 but wanted to see if anyone else has tried this.

Thoughts?
