I see Google is messing with PR again. I see REW with a 5 when it was a 6. My site is back to a 4 from a 5. I don't care that much about PR anyways.

The most recent PR push has still not completely cycled thru all DC's. Your site is showing PR5 from where I am

Marc PR 5 = #1 or #2 for sarasota real estate
Marc PR 4 = #1 or #2 for sarasota real estate

Conclusion - who cares about the little green bar

Incidentally, I am almost consistently first page now for the keyword phrase "Real Estate" if anyone wants to send a one way link to my main page with that as the anchor text I would totally appreciate the help in achieving my dream of becoming the #1 ranked site in Google for the term real estate

My pagerank is showing "0"! Before today (or sometime recently) I had a pagerank of 4!

I rank consistently on the second page (top 15 results) for "atlanta real estate" and on the first page (top 5 or better) for less competitive key phrases (ie. "decatur real estate", "oakhurst real estate"). This hasn't changed yet....should I expect it to?

REW is currently #19 at the bottom of page 2 in Denver! Must be on a different DC.

hence "almost" consistantly first page - usually no better than #9-10 but as low as #25

Any ideas on why I have a pagerank of ZERO?
Until very recently (the last time I check was a month ago) I had a PR 4 for several of my pages...

I was getting ready to start a post, but here sounds like a good spot for a question (after not being here for two months).

I checked my site yesterday or the day before and was VERY excited to find out that my interior pages had finally been given a PR. Very nice ones I might add, with several Interior PR4's and many, many PR3's. Now I understand that PR is not the "it", it used to be and so forth.

My question is, why are my pages all back to the way they were (mostly PR0's). Is this "normal" and a good sign they will get PR's shortly, or was I hallucinating the other day? or is it off of a different DC?

Memphis - The good news is no, you were not hallucinating when you saw your interior pages with better PR. Google has recently "pushed" a PR update (the PR that appears in the Toolbar PR meter), and the reason you're seeing PR0 on pages that had PR3 or 4 the last time you looked is because while the majority of G Datacentres (DC's) have the updated PR values, some still are lagging. The good PR you saw was actually coming from an updated DC, while the PR0 you now see is coming from a DC that has yet to be updated.

Our DC has you down as a PR 4.
