I have an idea of what I want to create but need an estimate on design time and maybe a little help in the idea department...

What I'd like to have is some unique graphics like the ones at http://www.northcountyluxuryhomes.com/buyers.php and http://www.northcountyluxuryhomes.com/sellers.php that points people to various pages in the site. I like the graphics at northcountyluxuryhomes.com that offer the CMA and the VIP Buyer Program because it is templated and can be used to "sell" several different kinds of benefits by simply changing the text. I'd love something that could be integrated throughout the site and simply change the text to sell different value-added features available through working with my team (ie. our 4.5% total listing commission, our "hassle-free" listing system, our Service Guarantee, our Ultimate Home Service Concierge, etc.) What was the cost for designing the simple graphics at www.northcountyluxuryhomes.com?

1st button I'd allow 45 minutes for design and each additional graphic will be additional 15 minutes of modification (If graphics are similar).

This is for creation, optimization and insertion.

Awesome. I'd like to have the initial button designed. Any ideas on how to integrate with my site's current design theme would be helpful. The goal here is to bring to attention some of the Unique Selling Points my team offers. For example, we offer a Concierge Service to help connect our clients with all things home improvement (http://www.realsourcebrokers.com/concierge.php), we also offer a unique CMA - we call it a Maximum Home Value Audit (http://www.realsourcebrokers.com/home-value-audit.php). I'd like to get a multi-purpose design that will allow for the button to act as a way to bring users attention to these Services we offer. There are several others as well - those two are simply for starters.

Again, ideas for design are welcome...and let me know, specifically, what you need from me to get started if you don't have any ideas floating around.

Ok...so here are my ideas:

1. A versatile graphic, not unlike the one at http://www.northcountyluxuryhomes.com/buyers.php advertising the VIP Buyer and Seller programs, that can "advertise" several different Unique Selling Propositions.

2. I would like for the graphic to intergate with our site (i.e colors, general aesthetic). You could use elements (fonts, colors, design) from our current custom graphics (which I can send via email). See "The Keen Team" logo at the top right corner of our homepage - www.realsourcebrokers.com. I can also e-mail a copy of my company and team brochure for ideas on our offline "look".
