Great Article - Management and Personal Responsibility Needed to Increase Professiona

A couple weeks ago the Senior VP of the MN Association of Realtors wrote a great come-to-Jesus article on how some Realtor members should really consider a career adjustment. It has been spread throughout the web with good and bad response. Personally I thought it was on-target and a great article.

He just wrote a 2nd article which extends the conversation to a question of how to improve the profession. This is a great followup.
