I was wondering if anyone had tried him or their systems, seems more modern then his dad and therefore less abrasive IMHO. The website has some good free downloads and I mustadmit I am more then a ltlle curious. So does anyone use them or know anything other then he comes from good genes. What services do you offer and what do they cost!

First of all ..thanks webmaster for contacting them,great idea. I spoke with Robert Buman at S.S.I. and he is very nice, he spent 45 minutes explaining what they had to offer in many areas. The references they gave me I will contact and we shall see. I have been impressed so far. I am looking for more of an accountability person and wish to combine some new systems with some coaching for greater success and quality of life.

We've recently hired a new coach in our program to round out our coaching and training series.

Burke Smith has recently signed on to work with agents looking to specifically target the online market. Burke started his work with Real Estate by developing a website and marketing campaign that helped a smaller discount broker in California generate over 1200 closed transactions in a 1 year period.

He then was hired by Prudential California Realty to develop their Iris system. Iris is an online lead generation and lead follow up system. Prudential has praised the system for it's ease of use and simple format that helps their agents develop and sustain their web presence.

Burke has agreed to coach a small amount of agents in targeting their online campaigns. Topics that he'll be covering with this group range from search engine optimization to online and offline marketing campaigns. Also because of his experience with discount brokers, in his program you'll learn how to beat the discounters at their own game, and use his inside information to overcome those types of objections.

We are currently developing more programs for online marketing and hope to have 2 new programs to introduce by the first of the year.

Update!!

We are currently working on a new program that I know people on this forum will have interest in. Our current offerings are changing and soon we'll be announcing a new program called Marketing & Technology Strategies. This will be 1 of 4 new "Curriculum" programs.

The overall concept is that SSi will have our own certifications of class completions that will cover your complete business. As one piece of the complete certification, Marketing & Technology Strategies will help you leverage proven strategies to grow your business on and offline.

The program structure will be announced next week and once we have the formal outline, I'll be detailing it here along with cost structures.
